Tick Tock Tick Tock…The Countdown is on for the end of the weekend.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

What a busy weekend. \u00a0The weekday may actually seem quieter. \u00a0This weekend was the 2nd Annual Under the Locks Hockey Tournament. \u00a0It is a \u00a0hockey tourney that is played on a body of water… the Lift Lock Canal. \u00a0Very cool… and for someone that is absolutely fearful of activities that happen on frozen waters… I was glad to know that under the ice was only 4-8 inches of water. \u00a0This event grew from 16 teams last year to over 600 kids this year.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

It was such a cool thing… a truly Canadian day.<\/p>\n

Tyler, Jordan and Zachary were our boys that were playing \u00a0this year. \u00a0They braved the cold, the elements and truly enjoyed being out there all day.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

I was happy to be the shuttle … for food, warmth, etc. and nurse my head cold \u00a0(sympathy please… ) \u00a0\ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n

\nJosh was a trooper! \u00a0He was so happy to get free Gatorade… all for his asking. \u00a0He has happy enough playing in the snow. \u00a0He also loved his independent. \u00a0Since I could be parked and see him as he wandered… he loved wandering here and there. \u00a0I really enjoyed his well behaved self this weekend \u00a0(Thank you, Jesus) and loved his childish delight in all that was around him.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

The boys will be so happy to see their beds tonight. \u00a0Thankfully tomorrow is a PD Day… so no school… yet a busy day, nevertheless as Zach is having a few boys over to celebrate his birthday.<\/p>\n
