All in a day…<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

It’s 9:59 pm and I just returned from our ballroom dancing lessons. \u00a0I can’t even remember the begin of this day, it seems so long ago… and with a list that had no end, my day seemed to just go on.<\/p>\n

With the impending rains, my head seems to take a rhythm of its own and bang on all day. \u00a0The pounding has been non stop for 3 days now… \u00a0hoping for relief soon.<\/p>\n

We learned the box step… and then on to the cha cha. \u00a0Hate that one… way to fast… Sanj told me to stop jogging… lol \u00a0He is way to intense, as he is with everything he attacks in life. \u00a0I looked at him at one point and said, \u00a0“This is suppose to be fun…”<\/em> as his face seemed so intense and he replied or grunted out, “It is.” \u00a0<\/em>Hum… lol \u00a0I love our teacher. \u00a0She is a sweet girl with a sense of humour. \u00a0I told her we’d have her over fun dinner and and then grab some private lessons.<\/p>\n

Today, we had to start our day off very early. \u00a0SYATP… See You At The Pole<\/strong>… (google it) is a student lead initiative … very cool. \u00a0We gathered around the flag pole at 8 o’clock this morning… (yes, that is crazy early)! \u00a0We sung a song and then we’re led in prayer by some of the students for our school, our community and our country. \u00a0All over the country, perhaps even North American students were doing this at their flag pole.<\/p>\n

There’s a fundraiser that has been happening for a long time by a sister high school of ours… Home made apple pies made from scratch… sold \u00a0just before Thanksgiving every year. \u00a0 This year they are not doing it. \u00a0The cliental is there. \u00a0People know to come get their pies this time of year. \u00a0Yesterday someone mentioned it to me… that it wasn’t happening. \u00a0At first I just looked at her and said, ” no thanks, not interested. \u00a0So not my thing.” \u00a0In fact, just watching them do they work (they used our school kitchen to work) was so discombobulating. \u00a0Yet as I did the math and realized the big chunk of money that \u00a0was possible to make… my mind started to roll. \u00a0(How I hate that!)<\/p>\n

I am still working on raising funds for our play ground. \u00a0The last big piece of the puzzle is still waiting for the monies to be raised. \u00a0$20,000 is that last bit of the puzzle.<\/p>\n

Monday and Tuesday \u00a0I will be part of a wonderful team of people making 700 plus apple pies from scratch! \u00a0They are delicious, juicy and absolutely fabulous.<\/p>\n

Folks order by the dozen and give them as gifts. \u00a0Since they are not baked, you can freeze them. \u00a0They are amazing gifts.<\/p>\n

Plus… the best part of this is that God has wrapped His huge arms around this project. \u00a0I feel it and see it. \u00a0Everything has come together so incredibly in the last 12 hours.<\/p>\n

I know may think I am crazy. \u00a0But… sometimes you just have to jump in with both feet. \u00a0Then following this is our Thanksgiving Dinner for Seniors we do at our school. \u00a0(It is one of my favourite days of the year). \u00a0Then there’s our Thanksgiving… and then Tuesday… my surgery…. no more cramps.<\/p>\n

It’s a crazy week… but then… I have weeks to recoup. \u00a0How I will stay still is \u00a0for that long? \u00a0Sanj suggested I should take up Sudoko. \u00a0Haha.<\/p>\n

It’s single parenting for me … tomorrow till Monday… the benefit of his leaving tomorrow is that I’ll get to watch Grey’s Anatomy in PEACE!!! \u00a0When Sanj is home, he is mocking and being sarcastic the whole time! \u00a0Maddening! \u00a0Do I keep a running commentary of how stupid it is to spend 4 or so hours of walking around a course trying to get a little white ball in a hole? \u00a0And for what? \u00a0And how dumb to do that over and over?<\/p>\n

Anyways… it’ll be a good weekend.<\/p>\n
