<\/p>\nIt’s been a crazy \u00a0few days. \u00a0I went to Orlando to see my aunt, uncle, cousin and \u00a0my bestie from my Florida days. \u00a0I wanted to see them now and not have regrets later.<\/p>\n
Below is Heather, a dear friend and my bestie from my Florida days and in the middle is my older cousin, Jayanta, whom I haven’t seen in at least 12 years.<\/p>\n

Then I was off to spent a few days with my girlfriend and university roomie. \u00a0It was just so good to sleep, eat and talk. \u00a0And talk. And talk. \u00a0We never seem to have a shortage of conversation. \u00a0I have been blessed with great girlfriends — from different \u00a0times in my life and different places. \u00a0I love that we have a special connection and time seems irrelevant.<\/p>\n
Mother’s day was Sunday\u2026 so I flew back home very early to be able to spend the day with my men. \u00a0I love my family so much. \u00a0I am so blessed with my husband and best friend that makes this journey we are on, together, so great.<\/p>\n Here we are, ready to greet the long weekend! \u00a0Wahoo! \u00a0We are doing \u00a0a last minute trip to see the cousins on Sanj’s side\u2026 always a wonderful time. \u00a0I am dreading the drive especially because we are leaving so late but we are adding one driver so hopefully that will help.<\/p>\n Summer is just around the corner. \u00a0It’s my absolute favorite time of the year. \u00a0I love being in shorts, tees and flip flops. \u00a0 After all that snow, it’s beautiful to see greenery. \u00a0I love that we can sleep with the windows open- though Sanj complains when I open it too much \u00a0but I LOVE that cool breeze that blows the curtains around. \u00a0I love adding the layer of blankets IF I am cold. \u00a0This is a point of contention \u00a0with my husband. \ud83d\ude41<\/p>\n How come God didn’t give men any discomfort\u2026 no periods, no child birthing, no hot flashes, no leaky bladders\u2026. ok, I’ll stop but I get that Eve sinned\u2026 yet all the things a woman must endure is quite the punishment. \u00a0I can’t wait to chat with Eve. \u00a0I can’t wait to ask God, if I had been in Eve’s place would I have eaten the apple too?<\/p>\n Josh was telling me how come WOmen are called women\u2026 because God took a rib from Adam and created Eve. \u00a0He is a bundle of information and he is truly a child that does not cease to chatter. \u00a0Sometimes he comes up with questions that crack me up. \u00a0Other times he just leaves me baffled. \u00a0Today he told me he prefers Obama to Harper. \u00a0Really? lol Then his next question was who is\/was worse- Hitler or Bin Laden?<\/p>\n The trip to DC is usually 10-12 hours. \u00a0I can’t to hear the conversation that Josh will no doubt have with me.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" It’s been a crazy \u00a0few days. \u00a0I went to Orlando to see my aunt, uncle, cousin and \u00a0my bestie from my Florida days. \u00a0I wanted to see them now and not have regrets later.
