I realized that this  is common with many but I have to tell you that if you are one of these people&#8230; YOU ARE MISSING OUT!!!<\/p>\n<p>What a great time to show the person you love and cherish how special they are?  Yes I know &#8230; you shouldn&#8217;t need a special day to do that &#8230; but it is Christmas!!!<\/p>\n<p>It isn&#8217;t about the money spent&#8230; but rather the thought!!! Cliche  &#8230; NO&#8230; truth!  I remember Sanj and I had nothing&#8230; and promised to spend only $20 on each other.  I put more thought and time and energy into that gift because I wanted it to be so special.   I am not sure what I did end up buying him&#8230; but pretty sure socks were part of it.  Every year he gets a few pairs of socks&#8230; they last him all year&#8230; and yet is a constant reminder that it is really about the thought behind the gift.<\/p>\n<p>If you are one of those people that don&#8217;t buy for your spouse&#8230; YOU ARE MISSING OUT!!!<\/p>\n<p>Just try a little something.  Christmas is not just for kids.  Its for the big kids too.  Don&#8217;t you love a gift&#8230; breakfast in bed&#8230; a picture made from the kids, a back rub that leads to no where?  Wouldn&#8217;t you love an old movie you loved on VHS&#8230; to have it on DVD?  Or a promise of dishes being done for a month?  ( A week is too short!)<\/p>\n<p>OK&#8230; don&#8217;t be a scrooge.  It&#8217;s the best time of the year.  It isn&#8217;t about money&#8230; it is about time and thought.  It is about the moments that make up the memories.<\/p>\n<p>I love gifts from Sanj.  LOVE THEM!  I love getting him gifts.  I enjoy buying for him as much as the kids.  <\/p>\n<p>GET YOUR SPOUSE A GIFT!  QUIT MISSING OUT!
