I guess I just wanted to hug him (I suppose, like half the world).  I wanted to be his friend&#8230; for no other reason than for him to have a friend.<\/p>\n<p>OK&#8230; so maybe I was a crazy kind of fan.<\/p>\n<p>His music just takes me back to so many different memories and emotions.  I remember being sad with some songs, wanting to be loved with others and simply wanting to make the world better with others.<\/p>\n<p>His music is timeless.  My boys were just discovering his music&#8230; &#8220;Hey mom&#8230; listen to this song&#8230;&#8221;  It was so funny.<\/p>\n<p>And then he died.<\/p>\n<p>I feel so sad &#8230; for many reasons but the biggest being for those poor children who lost a father.<\/p>\n<p>I don&#8217;t have a lot to say that is different than all that is out there&#8230; just I just had to stop and write &#8230;<br \/>I just had to say&#8230; Rest in Peace, Michael.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>As the news of Michael Jackson&#8217;s death takes over the media, I have to admit that I loved him.
