Brothers Stick Together<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
is our family motto, if you will.<\/span><\/div>\n
From the time the boys were young, we have taught them that no matter what, <\/span><\/div>\n
Brothers Stick Together<\/i>.<\/span><\/div>\n

<\/span><\/div>\n
My boys fight constantly.  Maybe because there are so many of them, but it seems someone always seems to be at odds with someone.<\/span><\/div>\n

<\/span><\/div>\n
It is annoying.  It is frustrating.  It feels like I am failing as a parent.<\/span><\/div>\n
Can they not just get along?<\/span><\/div>\n

<\/span><\/div>\n
Apparently not.<\/span><\/div>\n

<\/span><\/div>\n
Then someone messes with one of them.<\/span><\/div>\n
One of the brothers has been hurt.<\/span><\/div>\n
It is a whole different story.<\/span><\/div>\n

<\/span><\/div>\n
This hurt that was experienced this past week was a real experience.<\/span><\/div>\n
They came together.<\/span><\/div>\n
All they knew was that one of them had been hurt.<\/span><\/div>\n

<\/span><\/div>\n
It was a real neat thing to watch.<\/span><\/div>\n
Sammy was up at arms.<\/span><\/div>\n
“Let me at him…” he says as we approached the school.<\/span><\/div>\n
“Now Sammy…”  I start…<\/span><\/div>\n
“Mom, Daddy is always saying Brothers Stick Together… so all I am doing is obeying him,” is Sammy’s reply.  <\/span><\/div>\n
(Now he decided to obey??)?<\/span><\/div>\n

<\/span><\/div>\n
At dinner as Sanj and I are trying to talk about this situation… while we defuse our own anger… the boys begin…<\/span><\/div>\n

<\/span><\/div>\n
I won’t write the creative outlets they came up with but I must say they had me laughing and distraught all at the same time.<\/span><\/div>\n

<\/span><\/div>\n
Vengeance is mine sayeth the Lord…<\/span><\/div>\n
but if God is short on ideas, <\/span><\/div>\n
 the Sukumaran boys had lots of ideas.<\/span><\/div>\n

<\/span><\/div>\n
There was a lot of pride flowing through my heart as I watched them come together.<\/span><\/div>\n
It was a beautiful thing to watch.<\/span><\/div>\n

Thank you, God, for my beautiful loving boys.<\/span><\/div>\n
