Josh  has learned &#8220;I hate you.&#8221;  He doesn&#8217;t hesitate to use that phase.  It is extremely frustrating because despite the punishment, he does not bend.  If he is not sorry &#8230; he will not say so till he is good and ready.  Then you know it is heartfelt.<\/p>\n<p>As you can see, he was in an &#8220;I hate you&#8221; moment.
