Jordan is with me, putting away the groceries.  I am sure I have written about his &#8220;love language&#8221; for lack of a better word.  He is not the most demonstrative of his affections in the normal sense.  Of course normal is relative.<\/p>\n<p>Jordan went to the basement to put something in the freezer.  He comes back to the kitchen and right to me and gives me a real hug and says, &#8221; Mommy, I love you.&#8221;   My heart stops a full second and my mind races&#8230; wow&#8230; all my patience has finally broken through!<\/p>\n<p>Then the next second I feel ice slithering down my back.  Laughter that only Jordan can bellow out follows.<\/p>\n<p>Hum&#8230; I love you too, Jordan&#8230; very much.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I am in the kitchen working on supper.
